Deputy Prosecutor General

In his current role as Deputy Prosecutor General to the Supreme Court of Cambodia, H.E. Vanrath supports and advises the Prosecutor General in shaping national prosecution policy and strategy[1]. He supervises significant criminal cases and ensures consistency in prosecution practices across the country. This involves oversight of complex or sensitive prosecutions and coordination with provincial prosecutors to uphold the rule of law uniformly. He also plays a key part in high-level decision-making at the General Prosecution Office, helping to enforce laws fairly and effectively for the public interest.
