Supports national prosecutorial policy, supervises significant criminal matters, strengthens rule of law enforcement, and ensures consistency in prosecution practices.

- Capacity Building: Leads training and internal improvements; mentors junior prosecutors to uphold ethics and competence.
International Cooperation Lead
Coordinates prosecutorial cooperation with foreign partners, assists with mutual legal assistance, evidence exchange, joint investigations, and regional crime prevention work.
Lecturer & Legal Educator
Frequently delivers lectures and knowledge-sharing sessions to prosecutors, students, officials, and international partners on Cambodian criminal law, constitutional limits, transnational crime, prosecutorial ethics and so on.
