H.E. Phann Vanrath is married and a father of five, drawing personal support and inspiration from his family. He is fluent in Khmer (his native language) and also proficient in French and English – a result of his international education and frequent engagement in overseas forums.

In his personal life, he is passionate about motorcycling and martial arts. He holds a leadership role in Cambodia’s Taekwon-Do community, reflecting a lifelong interest in discipline and sportsmanship. He also enjoys reading and continuous learning, often mentoring young legal professionals and students. His commitment to social responsibility is evident not only in his public service career but also in his founding of Riders for Charity, where he channels his hobbies of riding into community service.
