Biography

H.E. Phann Vanrath is a Cambodian jurist dedicated to justice, international cooperation, legal education, and community service. He currently serves as Deputy Prosecutor General to the Supreme Court of the Kingdom of Cambodia, where he contributes to national prosecutorial strategy and institutional development[1].


His career spans nearly two decades across provincial and national levels. He has served as a Judge in Battambang Province and later as Chief Prosecutor in Banteay Meanchey Province, before elevation to the General Prosecution Office to the Supreme Court. This diverse experience has given him a deep practical understanding of criminal justice operations from the local level to the national level. He frequently lectures in Cambodia and abroad on topics such as the
Cambodian prosecution system, cross-border legal cooperation, IP Crimes, prosecutorial ethics, and transnational crime. Outside of official duties, he is also the founder of Riders for Charity, promoting safety, discipline, and service through motorcycle riding.
