Riders for Charity is built on three core pillars:
សុវត្ថិភាព: Promote road safety awareness and best practices among riders and the general public. The group conducts workshops and campaigns on helmet use, traffic law compliance, and defensive riding techniques. Every ride organized by the group strictly enforces safety measures, demonstrating that accidents are preventable when caution becomes habit.
វិន័យ: Instill a sense of discipline and personal responsibility in every rider. Members of Riders for Charity commit to following traffic rules, showing respect to other road users, and maintaining their motorcycles in good condition. The pillar of discipline reflects the idea that riding is not just about freedom, but also about accountability – being punctual, prepared, and sober on all rides. This ethos is inspired in part by H.E. Vanrath’s martial arts background, emphasizing that self-discipline on the road can save lives.
Community: Give back to the community through charitable activities and service. Riders for Charity organizes charity drives (such as fundraising rides or delivery of donations to rural areas), participates in community clean-ups, and volunteers in social programs. The community pillar means that while riders share camaraderie on the road, they also share a common purpose of helping others. Whether it’s donating to hospitals, supporting education for underprivileged children, or aiding disaster relief efforts, the group leverages its collective strength to make positive social contributions.
