2022 – Present: Deputy Prosecutor General, General Prosecution Office to the Supreme Court of Cambodia[1]. Assists the Prosecutor General in overseeing high-priority cases, policy, and nationwide prosecutorial coordination.
2016 – 2022: Ministry of Justice – Prosecutor. Served at the Ministry of Justice, providing strategic support to the Justice Ministry and liaising with judicial institutions (assumed after provincial tenure).
2011 – 2016: Chief Prosecutor, Banteay Meanchey Provincial Court. Led prosecutions in Banteay Meanchey for a five-year term[4], handling serious criminal cases and implementing reforms at the provincial level.
2009-2011: Prosecutor to the Supreme Court and Prosecutor in charge of International Affairs and Member of Judicial and Prosecutorial Inspection Committee.
2005-2009: Judge, Battambang Provincial Court. Appointed as a trial judge in Battambang, adjudicating criminal and civil cases and upholding judicial integrity at the provincial level (after 2-year training at the Royal School for Judges and Prosecutors).
1999-2005: Ministry of Justice – Legal Officer. Early career roles in the Ministry, including serving as a legal adviser and later as Director of the Minister’s Cabinet and Deputy Director of Civil Affairs Department (prior to judicial appointment), contributing to policy formulation and administrative management.
