For example, in October 2025 he headed a week-long mission to the People\u2019s Republic of China at the invitation of China\u2019s Supreme People\u2019s Procuratorate[10], where he exchanged best practices with Chinese and regional prosecutors. He has been pivotal in negotiating agreements such as a cooperation Memorandum of Understanding with the Prosecutor General\u2019s Office of the Russian Federation (signed in 2024, outlining joint training and exchanges for 2025\u20132026).<\/p><p>Through his coordination, Cambodian prosecutors now engage more robustly in mutual legal assistance, evidence sharing, and joint investigations of transnational crimes. He works closely with ASEAN counterparts to streamline extradition processes and coordinate responses to issues like human trafficking, cybercrime, and terrorism.
